Metlen Plc seeks a Financial Controller for construction projects to manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will work with Project Managers and site teams to align financial tracking with physical milestones and ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial controlling within construction or industrial projects, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and excellent analytical and communication skills. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling within construction or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with project-based ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and cost tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and analyzing project costs across materials, subcontractors, labor, equipment, logistics, and overhead.
• Supporting month-end closing with project cost allocation and accruals.
• Conducting variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Implementing cost control measures and supporting optimization initiatives.
• Preparing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Tracking performance against budgets and providing variance reporting.
• Collaborating with Project Managers and site teams to align financial tracking with progress.
• Supporting claims, change orders, and the Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Preparing timely and accurate project financial reports and dashboards.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
