Job summary

Ocena pracownika is seeking a Consolidation and Reporting Specialist based in Łódź to join our finance team. You will verify and consolidate group data, prepare single-entity packages, and contribute to IFRS-based statutory and group financial statements in cooperation with auditors.

Key duties include intercompany reconciliation, transfer pricing documentation, and supporting month-end close. Strong Excel and ERP skills, IFRS knowledge, and fluent English are essential to succeed in this role

Qualifications

• Higher education in accounting, finance or economics or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation principles.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork are essential.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify the correctness of reported data by entities from the capital group.
• Prepare single entity consolidation packages.
• Participate in consolidation of the group's financial statements.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements according to IFRS.
• Cooperate with auditors during the audit.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Prepare adjustments to comply with IFRS (IFRS 9, 16).
• Communicate with foreign subsidiaries' finance teams.
• Prepare financial information and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly presentations of the Group's financial results.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Job description

Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

Location: Łódź.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and verification of the correctness of reported data by entities from the capital group
• Preparation of single entity consolidation packages
• Participation in the consolidation of the financial statements of the capital group
• Participation in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Cooperation with the auditor during the financial audit
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Calculation of adjustments to standalone financial statements of subsidiaries to comply with IFRS (including IFRS 9, 16)
• Communication with the financial departments of foreign subsidiaries
• Preparation of financial information and reports for the internal and external needs of the Group
• Preparing monthly presentations of the Group's financial results
• Analysis and verification of data prepared for the management accounts
• Participation in the month and year closing process
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation

Qualifications

• Higher education in accounting, finance or economics or a related field
• Knowledge of financial reporting and the principles of consolidating financial statements
• Knowledge of the IFRS
• Experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel at the advanced level
• Experience in handling ERP class accounting systems
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Team work skills
• Knowledge of the Jedox system is welcome
• Experience in audit is welcome
