Job description

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE OFFICER | LICENSING & CONDUCT

(WARSAW | HYBRID 4 +1)

We're hiring a Regulatory Compliance Officer to support the regulatory and conduct framework of our group's offshore-licensed brokerage entities. Based in our Warsaw support office, you'll serve as a generalist compliance partner across multiple licensing jurisdictions, covering the licensing lifecycle, ongoing regulatory obligations, conduct of business, marketing review, outsourcing oversight, and regulatory change. This is a regulatory and conduct role. AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and financial crime sit with a separate AML function and are not part of this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support license maintenance for existing offshore entities and contribute to new license applications across jurisdictions;
  • Prepare and submit regulatory returns, filings, and ad-hoc notifications;
  • Run compliance monitoring reviews against the group's regulatory obligations register and track remediation of findings;
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure adherence to all new and existing regulations;
  • Pre-approve marketing communications, landing pages, social, and affiliate content against advertising regulations and risk-warning requirements;
  • Monitor regulatory developments across the group's footprint and translate changes into operational impact assessments for senior management;
  • Run outsourcing due diligence on critical providers (e.g., payment and banking partners), and review contractual compliance terms;
  • Provide compliance training to internal teams and ensure that staff are aware of regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in a regulatory compliance role, with demonstrable hands-on work in at least two of: license applications and maintenance, regulatory reporting and filings, conduct of business, financial promotions/marketing review, or outsourcing oversight. Please note: we are not hiring for an AML or MLRO position. If your recent experience has been predominantly AML/KYC, sanctions, or transaction monitoring, this particular role won't be the right fit — we recruit for those separately.
  • Strong written English; able to draft policies and regulator-facing correspondence
  • Practical knowledge of financial conduct regimes and a working grasp of conduct standards in major reference markets (e.g., MiFID II, FCA, ASIC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
