Co-developing and implementing our annual compliance program and action plan, enabling us to effectively achieve our compliance goals.
Actively conducting investigations into cases reported through our whistleblower reporting system, ensuring thoroughness and preparing comprehensive reports to support effective decision-making and corrective actions.
Proactively monitoring and reviewing areas of potential compliance risks, providing insightful reports and actively assisting in the execution of action plans to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
Assisting with the annual conflict of interest assessment and playing a key role in implementing and managing our monitoring system, ensuring transparency and adherence to ethical standards.
Acting as a subject matter expert, providing valuable insights and guidance to the organization to ensure a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements.

Requirements for Candidate
Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
