Job summary

Cognizant Poland is seeking a Content Moderator to review user-submitted content for map data quality at our Cracow office. You will evaluate reviews, photos and location updates, using internal policies to approve or reject content.

Required are Italian (min B2/C1) and English (C1), BPO experience, sharp attention to detail and strong analytical/coordination skills. The role offers an extensive benefits package in a multinational environment.

Work model: Work from the office in Cracow

Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Sunday)

About the Role:

You will be responsible for reviewing the intent and accuracy of user-submitted content to ensure the quality of map data. This includes evaluating reviews, photos, and location updates. Using internal policies and systems, you will assess the provided evidence and, based on critical thinking, decide whether to approve or reject the content.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints, identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary
• Review content according to established processes and make informed moderation decisions
• Provide constructive feedback to improve the product, processes, and policies where applicable
