Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Warsaw seeks a Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will contribute to compensation activities and collaborate with HR and global stakeholders.

The role focuses on annual salary reviews, bonus programs, data analysis, and documentation, with opportunities to improve processes using tools like SuccessFactors and Excel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Analytics, or similar area.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large data sets and draw insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data, reports and spreadsheets.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus, and long-term incentive programs.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation data for accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain compensation-related documentation, reports, and communications for employees and managers.
• Support continuous improvement of compensation processes and tools, including SuccessFactors.
• Assist with job evaluation activities and data gathering for grading decisions.
• Coordinate mobility and relocation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support Total Rewards projects.

We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented and analytical individual eager to develop expertise in Compensation & Benefits within a global organization.

In this role, you will support key Total Rewards processes and projects, working closely with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate execution of compensation activities:

• Support the delivery of annual compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, and long‑term incentive programs
• Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and timely execution of reward programs
• Maintain compensation‑related documentation, reports, and communication materials for employees and managers
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation processes and tools, including SuccessFactors
• Assist with job evaluation activities and data gathering to support consistent grading decisions
• Coordinate mobility and relocation activities, including communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support Total Rewards projects and decision‑making
• Collaborate with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of reward‑related initiatives
• Support ongoing Total Rewards and HR projects as required

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Analytics, or a similar area
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and draw insights
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
