Sii Poland is seeking a Commissioning Technician to join our team in Poland. The role focuses on commissioning machines, lines, and industrial equipment, and testing automation systems. You will work with experienced PLC programmers on client projects.

The position involves traveling to client sites around 60% of the year, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring successful startup and verification of automated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance of machines and industrial equipment.
• Willingness to travel for business about 60% of the year to multiple countries.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and start-up of machines and equipment according to documentation.
• Test machines and PLC/HMI software (functional tests).
• Check electrical connections and IO signals.
• Parameterize automation devices (inverters, sensors, servo drives).
• Operate PLC environments such as TIA Portal, TwinCAT, or Studio 5000.
• Collaborate with project team during start-up at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automation systems.
