McBride is seeking an ambitious finance-minded professional to manage CoMan pricing, cost modelling, and commercial decision support. The role involves leading quarterly pricing mechanisms, updating conversion costs, and shaping business cases for new CoMan opportunities across manufacturing partners.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Procurement to ensure accurate cost reflection in financial statements and strategic plans.

Responsabilités

• To design and maintain quarterly open book pricing mechanism with all contract manufacturing customers.
• Drive discussions with customers based on external factors behind price changes.
• Provide regular updates of conversion cost to all CoMan customers based on commercial agreements and market dynamics.
• Be a key decision maker in commercial decisions – prepare business cases for all new CoMan opportunities.
• Support commercial team in monetizing services provided to CoMan customers.
• Understand full customer P&L, and drive improvement actions through quarterly open book process.
• Work closely with Operations to design cost-efficient solutions for volume allocation to assets.
• Prepare capex business case for new equipment to support CoMan customers.
• Ensure customer funded capital equipment is charged to customer and reflected in McBride financials.
• Partner the Sales Director and Head of Sales during customer negotiations.
• Interrogate monthly S&OP output to provide performance commentary and drive actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Costing and Procurement to ensure costs are considered in quarterly open book outputs.
• Train Sales Team to self-serve simple pricing decisions and maintain financial models.
• Own the commercial numbers in quarterly forecasts, annual budget and 5 Year Plans with clear actions.
