Job summary

McBride is seeking a finance-driven professional for CoMan commercial operations in Poland. You will design pricing, monitor costs, and support strategic commercial decisions across contract manufacturing customers.

You will own the quarterly financial forecast, partner with Sales and Operations, prepare business cases, and drive cost improvements through data-driven analysis and collaboration with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly open-book process and commercial forecasts.
• Prepare business cases for CoMan opportunities.
• Support monetization of services provided to CoMan customers.
• Understand full customer P&L and drive cost improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations to design cost-efficient volume allocation.
• Prepare capex business cases for new equipment to support CoMan customers.
• Ensure customer-funded capex is charged and reflected in financial statements.
• Partner the Sales Director during negotiations with customers.
• Interpret monthly S&OP outputs and drive actions to improve forecast accuracy.

• 1. To design and maintain quarterly open book pricing mechanism with all contract manufacturing customers.
• 2. Provide regular update of conversion cost to all CoMan customers based on commercial agreements and market dynamics. At least once per annuam.
• 3. To be a key decision maker in commercial decisions – prepare business cases for all new CoMan opportunities.
• 4. Support commercial team in looking for opportunities to monetize services provided to CoMan customers.
• 5. To understand full customer P&L, and drive improvement actions through quarterly open book process.
• 6. To work closely with Operations team to help design the most cost efficient solutions for volume allocation to existing (or new) assets.
• 7. Prepare capex business case for any new equipment required to support CoMan customers.
• 8. To ensure all customer funded capital equipment is accordingly charged to customer and properly reflected in McBride financial statement.
• 9. To partner the Sales Director and Head of Sales during negotiations with customers.
• 10. To interogate the output of the monthly S&OP demand plan, to provide performance commentary, and drive action that improves forecast accuracy, insightfulness, and leads to actions being taken. To attend Demand Reviews.
• 11. Cooperation with Costing and Procurement Teams to ensure correct costs are taken into consideration in quarterly open book process with the insightful outputs shared with customers.
• 12. To train Sales Team to self-serve simple pricing decisions, maintaining financial models and educating the team.
• 13. To own the commercial numbers in the quarterly financial forecast, annual budget and 5 Year Planning processes, working with the CoMan Sales Team to set stretching but realistic targets, with insightful commentary and clear actions. Ensuring Group submissions are met, and assumptions and targets are well understood by all.
• 14. To set divisional policies, procedures, templates, authorities and workflows that ensure strong internal controls are upheld. To ensure divisional and Group policies and procedures are implemented at the regional level. To provide ad hoc financial analysis to regional, divisional and Group stakeholders, working closely with the Head of Finance for CoMan, Finance Director and CoMan Sales Director.
