MGID is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our newly established FP&A function. You will drive commercial insights, support strategic initiatives, and build ROI-focused financial models that link operational drivers to profitability and cash flow.

You will collaborate with department leaders, build rolling forecasts and budgets, and help implement a prepayments policy. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in a fast-paced adtech/digital marketplace.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience transforming processes, not just maintaining them.
• Strong in financial analysis, large datasets, Excel, and financial modelling.
• Able to explain complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary commercial advisor to department heads, translating financial realities into strategic choices.
• Evaluate business cases, hiring plans, and commercial assumptions with ROI data.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and dynamic financial models linked to revenue and margins.
