Job summary

Philips is seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Excellence Intern to support our Sales & Commercial Excellence function. You will structure business questions, perform deep-dive analysis, and translate insights into executive-ready materials.

You will work with CRM data (Salesforce) and internal sources to generate actionable recommendations. You will develop reports and dashboards, contribute to improving reporting processes, and gain exposure to global healthcare technology strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Qlik, or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Structure business questions and conduct analytical deep-dives to support Sales & Commercial Excellence initiatives.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools for commercial teams.
Extract, clean, and analyze data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and internal sources.
Consolidate datasets to generate actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
Contribute to improving reporting processes and data transparency.
