Job summary

Philips is seeking a Commercial Excellence Intern in Poland to support data-driven decision making and drive commercial performance. You will structure questions, analyze datasets, and translate insights into executive-ready materials while collaborating with global teams.

The role develops analytics, reporting, and presentation skills in a healthcare tech environment, with flexible hours and a civil contract across 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; available minimum 30 hours per week.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Qlik, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and presentations for stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Structure business questions and perform analytical deep dives to support Sales & Commercial Excellence initiatives.
• Conduct desk research and quantitative analysis to inform strategic and operational commercial decisions.
• Extract, clean, and analyze commercial data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other internal sources.
• Consolidate and reconcile multiple datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for commercial teams.
• Prepare clear, structured presentations and insight summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes, data transparency, and ways of working.
