Job summary

Philips International in Poland is offering a 12-month Regional Marketing Intern role in the CEE Mother & Child Care segment. You will support the Region Business Unit Leader with data pulling, monthly performance updates, and tactical brand management.

Coordinate regional launches, manage regional dashboards, and collaborate with global and local Marketing, Demand Planning, Pricing Officers, and BI teams. The role requires 30h+ per week, English and Polish fluency, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and able to work 30h+ per week.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; fast learner and team oriented.
• Prior internship or similar experience is a plus; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Region Business Unit Leader with data pulling and performance updates.
• Assist in tactical brand management and coordination with global/local teams.
• Coordinate regional launches, dashboards, pricing and portfolio inputs.
• Lead assigned regional/local projects with focus on quality and timely delivery.
