Job summary

Accenture in Warsaw is seeking a proactive professional for cash collection and AR operations. You will communicate with clients in English and Russian, review credit history, and manage follow-ups on collections.

Hybrid work model with some in-person collaboration across client sites and Accenture offices. Candidates should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of handling escalations and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office.
• Fluent English and Russian (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in collections / accounts receivable is an asset.
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform timely cash collection via phone and emails and learn company policies.
• Investigate and review credit risks, evaluate customers and suppliers credit history, follow up letters of collection.
• Embrace opportunities while handling day-to-day activities and refer delicate matters to supervisor.
• Manage escalations and lead negotiations with critical customers.

THE WORK:

• Proactively perform timely cash collection (via phone and emails) and demonstrate continuous learning of company policies.
• Ensure constant progress in financial operations by investigating and reviewing credit risks, evaluating customers and suppliers credit history, preparing and performing follow-ups of letters of collection
• Embrace opportunities while handling day-to-day activities and refer the most delicate matters to the superior
• Become a proactive learner and achiever by managing escalations and leading negotiations with critical customers

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances
