Job summary

UPS is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional in Wroclaw to handle internal and external payments and support shipment remittance processes. You will ensure accurate delivery data, cooperate with GL, AP, AR and other teams, and maintain smooth information flows while delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities

• processing internal and external payment
• participating in VOG (Value of Goods) shipment's' remittance process
• controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery
• cooperating with other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS
• overseeing and maintaining the flow of information
• ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external
