Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CNC programming (milling/turning) and drafting
• Advanced CAD/CAM skills for 2D/3D drawings and CAM programs
• Deep knowledge of GD&T, ASME Y14.5/ISO 1101 and metrology

Responsibilities

• Translate customer specifications into manufacturing-ready packages
• Draft 2D/3D drawings per ISO/ASME standards
• Generate and verify multi-axis CNC programs (3/4/5-axis)
• Select tools, speeds, feeds, and design fixtures
• Lead first-article prove-outs and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain setup sheets, tool lists, and revision control
