Job summary
TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) in Poland seeks an experienced CNC Manufacturing Technician to support machining operations. You will program CNC machines, optimize processes, and assist fixture design while operating in a collaborative environment with production and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has strong CAD/CAM skills, SolidWorks experience, and a solid background in CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting to drive quality and efficiency improvements across manufacturing
Qualifications
- Technical education in Machining Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- Technical vocational qualification or equivalent manufacturing education.
- Additional CNC programming / CAD / CAM training is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning.
- Program and simulate processes using CAM software (EdgeCAM).
- Create/update 3D models and drawings with SolidWorks.
- Support tooling selection and development for production.
- Troubleshoot machining and quality issues with production.
- Assist fixture and tooling design for repeatable manufacturing.
- Ensure safety, quality, and company standards; collaborate with teams.
