Job summary

OpenTalent seeks a senior Platform Engineer to design and evolve a scalable M&O platform. You will implement observability, reliability, and data quality across complex supply chains while integrating modern cloud services and automation.

Lead the development of centralized dashboards and incident-resilient operations, leveraging Grafana, Databricks, and Azure technologies. This role emphasizes cost-aware infrastructure and proactive issue detection.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and evolving data platforms with observability at the core.
Strong background in reliability, performance, and incident response.
Deep hands-on knowledge of data quality dimensions and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve the core M&O platform using modern tech and best practices.
Embed SRE principles to improve stability and performance of critical apps and data infra.
Develop intelligent systems to detect issues and trigger automated resolutions across systems.
Build data quality capabilities to measure timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and validity across pipelines.
Create centralized dashboards (Grafana/Power BI/Databricks) for health, KPIs, and FinOps insights.
Automate infrastructure via IaC, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, Shell).
Integrate Fivetran, AKS, Kafka, Azure SQL Server, Databricks, and Flink in Azure cloud.
Monitor and optimize cloud resources and costs with FinOps practices.
