Job summary

InPost Group is building a Cloud Center of Excellence to own cloud foundations for the engineering org. You will design architecture, automation and governance for scalable, self-service cloud platforms across multiple teams and environments.

You’ll focus on cloud-native platform design on GCP, with emphasis on governance, guardrails, and observability to support SOC2/PCI-DSS compliant workloads. Remote Poland role with diverse training benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP.
• Production Kubernetes experience (networking, security, tenancy, lifecycle).
• Terraform at module-authoring level, not just consumer.
• Solid networking fundamentals (VPC design, CIDR, DNS).
• Experience in compliance-driven environments (SOC2, PCI-DSS).
• GitOps methodology and tooling.
• Observability stack experience (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Clear technical communication; write and defend a design doc.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP.
• Build scalable guardrails for multi-team, multi-environment setups with compliance requirements.
• Create reusable infrastructure enabling self-service provisioning.
• Define cloud governance: IAM strategies, policy-as-code.
• Write design documents and represent technical divisions in leadership forums.
