Job summary

InPost is looking for a candidate to design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP. Your role will involve building scalable guardrails for multi-team setups, creating reusable infrastructure for self-service provisioning, and defining cloud governance strategies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience with GCP, production Kubernetes experience, and expertise in Terraform at the module-authoring level. You will enjoy a remote role across Poland with a wide range of benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP.
• Production Kubernetes experience - networking, security, tenancy, lifecycle management.
• Terraform at the module-authoring level, not just consumer level.
• Solid networking fundamentals: VPC design, CIDR planning, DNS, hybrid connectivity.
• Experience in compliance-driven environments (SOC2, PCI-DSS, or similar).
• GitOps methodology and tooling experience.
• Observability stack experience (metrics, structured logging, tracing).
• Ability to write and defend design documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native platform architecture on GCP.
• Build guardrails for multi-team setups with compliance requirements.
• Create reusable infrastructure for self-service provisioning.
• Define cloud governance: IAM strategies and organizational policies.
