Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Tech Lead for GCP Cloud Infrastructure and AI platforms. You will drive engineering direction while remaining hands-on in design, build, and validation of core platform patterns.

You will lead Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, and secure landing zones, collaborating with security, governance, and product teams to balance scale, cost, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure and AI platform services in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to define technical direction and mentor engineers while contributing to hands-on engineering work.
• Deep expertise in IaC with Terraform and platform automation patterns.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, security guardrails, networking, and observability in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering direction for GCP infrastructure and AI platform capabilities; stay hands-on in design, build, and validation.
• Lead hands-on engineering across Terraform, CI/CD, GCP configuration, and production readiness improvements.
• Coach engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and delivery of reusable platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Cybersecurity, and Governance to align decisions with business priorities.
