Insights & Data is a dynamic team of over 400 professionals delivering cutting‑edge data solutions. Our expertise spans the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing modern data processing tools, advanced programming techniques, and DevOps best practices to create impactful solutions.

YOUR ROLE

We are shaping Europe’s cloud future with a Google Cloud Center of Excellence built in Poland. Step in, influence the strategy, and create impact at scale. As a Google Cloud Architect / Lead, you are responsible for designing and leading end‑to‑end cloud and data architectures on Google Cloud Platform. You work closely with clients, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient solutions.

You define architectural standards, support presales and estimations, and mentor engineers and architects. You will have ownership of technical decisions, guide teams through complex transformations, and act as a trusted advisor for cloud, data, and AI topics.

YOUR TASKS

• Design and govern Google Cloud architectures (data, analytics, AI, platform).
• Lead technical decisions, reviews, and architecture boards.
• Support presales, estimations, and solution shaping.
• Guide and mentor engineers and senior team members.
• Ensure security, governance, and cost‑efficiency on GCP.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, Networking).
• Stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Google Cloud Professional certifications (e.g. Cloud Architect, Data Engineer).
• Strong Infra as Code experience (e.g., Terraform).
