Job summary

VGW EU is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Poland-based Engineering team. You will deliver high-quality features in a cloud-native stack using Java or Kotlin, AWS, and Kubernetes, with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB for data storage.

You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to design and implement scalable solutions, own your projects, and continuously improve engineering practices. The role emphasizes learning and development in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for backend development.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally AWS and Kubernetes for infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB).
• Understanding of Apache Kafka.

Responsibilities
