Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Marketplace Operations Analyst to own the health, listing administration, and operational execution across AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and Direct Webstore. You will manage enterprise B2B private offers, drive Jira delivery sprints, and optimise data flows into NetSuite ERP.

This role sits within Business Applications and requires fluency in remote, async collaboration across global time zones.

Qualifications

2+ years in a business analysis, systems analysis, or operations role covering B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or digital sales channels.
Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management (listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs).
Proficiency using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.
Hands-on experience with BI and data warehousing tools to build and maintain operational dashboards independently.
Strong written communication skills: author BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates independently.
Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment across global time zones.

Responsibilities

Own operational health, listing accuracy, and catalog completeness across Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace.
Coordinate product onboarding, updates, and deprecations: pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets.
Manage enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows end-to-end: initiation, approval, fulfilment, and handoff to Customer Success.
Liaise with AWS and Azure partner teams on listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and co-sell requirements.
Maintain a consolidated operational tracker (Jira) across digital commerce initiatives and processes.
Drive sprint planning, async standups, and cadence; surface blockers with context and resolutions.
Maintain RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder updates throughout lifecycles.
Coordinate UAT: define scenarios, assign testers, consolidate results, own release sign-offs.
Drive process automation with an AI-first mindset using tools like Claude Enterprise.
Map end-to-end data flows across B2B stack and identify integration gaps.
Serve as SME on AWS/Azure Marketplace mechanics: metering APIs, private offers, and contracts.
Deliver weekly/monthly status updates to leadership; track marketplace activity and fulfillment health.
Build dashboards with Looker/Snowflake/Tableau tracking GMV, private offers, SLAs, entitlements.
Collaborate with Finance on reconciliation and data requirements.
Document SOPs for recurring operations: listings, promos, refunds, license provisioning.
