Job summary

Reply is seeking a FinOps Consultant to strengthen cloud financial management across AWS and GCP. You will work closely with the Product Owner and engineering teams, applying a FinOps mindset to inform, optimize, and operate cloud spend.

You will monitor costs, identify optimization opportunities, and help establish transparent cost practices across environments. The role involves hands-on use of native AWS and GCP tools, contributing to cost reporting, forecasting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or cloud financial management.
• Strong understanding of the FinOps lifecycle: Inform, Optimize, and Operate.
• Hands-on experience with native AWS and GCP cost management tools, including cost & usage analysis.
• Knowledge of AWS Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and GCP committed use discounts.

Responsibilities

• Support automotive FinOps engagement with Product Owner to improve cloud financial management.
• Analyze cost data, monitor cloud expenditure, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain cost reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Translate cloud cost topics into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
