Software Mind is seeking a Google and Azure Cloud Engineer to join its managed services team in Poland. You will support day-to-day operations, optimize cloud infrastructure, and help ensure security and stability across GCP and Azure environments.

The role involves troubleshooting incidents, configuring networking, and collaborating with client teams. You will work with Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, and communicate effectively in English and Polish.

Project – the aim you’ll have

We are looking for a Google and Azure Cloud Engineer to join our managed services team, supporting clients in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of their Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure environments. The scope includes ongoing platform support, incident handling, monitoring, and ensuring the stability and security of cloud infrastructure.

Position – How You’ll Contribute

Monitor, maintain, and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clients
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests
Manage cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL (GCP) and Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, and Azure Functions
Configure and maintain networking components: VPC, Cloud DNS, Private Service Connect (GCP) and Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, Azure DNS, NSGs, Private Endpoints (Azure)
Ensure security and compliance through IAM, Org Policies, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager, Cloud Audit Logs (GCP) and Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud (Azure)
Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps / Cloud Build / GitHub Actions pipelines
Collaborate with client teams and contribute to documentation and runbooks

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core services
Good understanding of GCP and Azure networking
Knowledge of Azure security fundamentals (Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud) and GCP (IAM, Org Policies, audit logging, Secret Manager)
Experience with Terraform (required) and Bicep (is a plus) for infrastructure as code
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build)
Ability to troubleshoot complex GCP and Azure infrastructure issues independently
Good communication skills in English and Polish (client-facing environment)
