Job summary

UNIT4 is seeking a Cloud Engagement Consultant to join our Cloud Hub team in Poland. You will serve as the first point of contact for cloud-related questions, coordinate communication around service requests, and drive standardization of engagement resources and knowledge content.

You will enhance content discoverability, ensure compliance and security, and develop user guides and training materials to promote adoption of new tools and processes across a global, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field with 3+ years in Cloud or IT service experience.
• Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related compliance/security standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with knowledge base management, documentation, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Organized, proactive, and flexible to support a global 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Cloud inquiries as the primary contact in collaboration with Cloud Operations.
• Coordinate service request communication with timely updates and SLA visibility.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve knowledge base repository content and relevance.
• Enhance search and content discoverability for users.
• Ensure compliance and security across documentation and communications.
• Standardize cloud engagement resources and processes for clarity and alignment.
• Create user manuals and training materials tailored for different users.
• Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvements.
• Support training and adoption of new tools and features.
• Maintain domain awareness on relevant technologies and practices.
• Participate in Cloud Hub activities and delivery projects.
