Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a Cloud Engagement Consultant/Cloud Support Consultant to join the Cloud Hub team. The role focuses on clear communication between stakeholders and Cloud Operations, acting as the first contact for Cloud questions, maintaining an AI-driven knowledge base, and ensuring security and compliance across all documentation.

You will standardize Cloud engagement resources, develop user manuals and training materials, and support adoption of new tools and processes while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is required.
3+ years of Cloud or IT service experience are required.
Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related compliance/security standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Respond to Cloud Inquiries and act as primary point of contact for Cloud-related questions.
Coordinate Service Request Communication with stakeholders, tracking progress and SLAs.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration across internal and external teams.
Improve Knowledge Base Repository Content and enhance content discoverability.
