Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center to support the development and optimization of modern data platforms for international clients. You will design scalable, cloud-enabled solutions and guide bids, collaborating with analysts and developers to translate business needs into solid architectures.

Fluency in Polish and English is essential as you work with cross-functional teams across regions, applying best practices in data governance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data platform architecture, including client engagement, requirements gathering, and designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms, and implementing and optimizing Data Lakes and data warehouses.
• Expert knowledge in at least one cloud technology within the Data Platform area: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Ability to take a holistic view of data and processes and understand the strategic business goals of the organization, with skills to analyze data in the context of the entire company ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing modern and scalable data platforms.
• Selecting appropriate tools and technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) based on client requirements.
• Supporting the bidding process, estimation, and technical supervision of project work.
• Collaborating with analysts and developers to achieve optimal results for clients.
