Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring for a Data & Analytics role focused on designing scalable data processing platforms in Data Lake and Data Platform architectures. You will build ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure Databricks, model data, and support analytics teams across projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience with Spark/PySpark, Azure data services, and strong SQL/Python skills. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and the role is based in Poland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data processing projects with large data volumes.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with ability to implement scalable data pipelines.
• Proficient in Spark/PySpark and data processing frameworks.
• Experience designing Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based Azure data processing (Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric).
• Fluent in English and Polish; able to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale data processing platforms in Data Lake/Data Platform architectures.
• Create and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for Azure Databricks data integration.
• Model data and prepare structures for analytics and business needs.
• Implement batch and near real-time data processing solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and enhance existing pipelines and processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, BI teams, and Data Science on data prep and sharing.
• Gather requirements and propose optimal tech solutions.
• Document technical designs and solutions.
