Job summary

Solid is seeking an experienced Change and Release Manager to coordinate enterprise change initiatives within a cloud transformation programme. You will drive governance, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely execution of changes.

The role requires strong English communication, ownership, and the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders. You will work independently to push activities to completion within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Change Management experience.
• Proven experience managing change and release activities in cloud migration/transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating changes across application development teams in complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls and structured change processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change and release activities across the programme.
• Lead communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive planning, dependencies and risk management for changes and releases.
• Act as central point of contact for change and release activities within the programme.
• Ensure clear documentation and timely execution of planned changes.
