Job summary

DCG in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to lead cloud migration initiatives. You will own change management across business processes and technical solutions, ensuring governance and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Change Management and Release Management experience.
• Proven track record in cloud migration or cloud transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating changes across development teams in large IT environments.
• Strong governance, controls and process understanding for change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate change management activities related to business processes and technical solutions.
• Manage and coordinate changes across application development teams during cloud transformation.
• Drive change and release management processes in line with policy and governance.
• Coordinate release planning, identify dependencies and risks, and follow up on actions.
• Act as central point of contact for change and release activities within the programme.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate communications and upskilling for relevant users and stakeholders.
• Document planned changes, impacts, dependencies and required actions clearly.
• Proactively follow up on activities and support stakeholders in issue resolution.
