Job summary

Jit is seeking a Change Manager to own change and release activities within a financial project focused on transforming to Google Cloud. You will report to Program Managers and coordinate business and technical change across international teams.

The role emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and English-language interaction in a hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the office in Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management.
• Hands-on experience in cloud migration projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in facilitating information sharing and related activities.
• Excellent English skills, spoken and written, with proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and technical changes within the program.
• Coordinate and facilitate changes from application development teams.
• Manage change and release management processes per internal guidelines.
• Act as the single point of contact for business and technical change activities.
• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling for relevant users.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-up actions.
