Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Contracting Strategy Specialist in Poland (Warsaw) to lead the local start-up contracting activities for sponsored studies and multi-protocol programs. You will develop investigator grants, contracting language, and budgeting templates while ensuring alignment with Sponsor requirements and RSU plans.

In this role you will collaborate with sponsors, study teams, and regional stakeholders, providing specialist legal, operational and financial contracting support and driving

Qualifications

2–5 years of sponsor or CRO contracting experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Polish.
Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development.

Responsibilities

Develop contracting strategy and start-up contracting activities for sponsors and studies.
Prepare contract language, payment language and budgeting templates as required.
Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes and training materials.
Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regions and stakeholders to deliver project scope.
Provide specialist legal, operational and financial contracting support to Study Teams.
Report contracting performance metrics and out of scope contracting activities.
