Job summary

Pfizer Warsaw site seeks a data-operations professional to manage clinical trial data requests, triage completeness, track status, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure quality control, provide metrics, and maintain SharePoint systems for program management.

With 1–2 years in pharma, you will edit and summarize complex content in English, use Word/Excel tools, and travel 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or related field.
• Excellent writing skills; ability to edit, summarize and interpret content concisely.
• High fluency in written English; strong spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable asking probing questions to clarify data requests.
• Operational experience in clinical trial management or healthcare.
• Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency.
• AI practical knowledge is a must.
• Developed customer service skills and teamwork spirit.
• 1–2 years’ pharma experience or internship; travel 10–20%; Warsaw site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clinical trial data requests.
• Review and triage requests for completeness and follow up with stakeholders.
• Track status of data requests and identify at-risk items.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remediate issues.
• Provide detailed metrics and information related to data requests.
• Maintain systems, SharePoint sites, and databases for program management.
• Perform quality control procedures from request to data package issuance and related documents.
• Provide input on business questions from leadership; navigate across functions amid ambiguity.
• Deliver compliance metrics and information to senior leadership.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities in data-sharing processes.
• Support Expanded Access and Clinical Disclosure Team as needed.
