Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an operationally focused CTDS professional to manage data sharing requests for external researchers, ensuring complete submission, data packaging, and timely delivery of de-identified data from Pfizer-sponsored studies.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining systems, and delivering quality controls per Pfizer SOPs, with travel to the Warsaw site as needed and a commitment to data governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or related field.
• Excellent writing and ability to edit, summarize and interpret complex content.
• High fluency in written English; strong spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Operational experience in clinical trial management or healthcare industries.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel; AI knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for internal and external data requests, review for completeness and coordinate follow-ups.
• Track data requests and identify delays; provide metrics to stakeholders.
• Maintain program management systems, SharePoint sites, and databases.
• Perform quality control on data requests and associated documents per Pfizer SOPs.
• Provide input to leadership on new business questions and upcoming needs.
• Navigate cross-functional teams to meet deliverables amid ambiguity.
• Provide compliance-related metrics to senior leadership.
• Identify areas for process improvement in data sharing workflows.
• Support the broader Expanded Access and Clinical Disclosure Team as needed.
• Travel to Warsaw office as needed.
