Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Warsaw is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team within PPD clinical research services. You will help ensure audit readiness and maintain trial documentation according to organizational guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating trial tasks, reviewing regulatory documents, managing project trackers, and supporting systems like GoBalto and eTMF.

Qualifications

• Life science degree required.
• Experience working on clinical trials or related project support.
• Ability to work in a team or independently and meet timelines.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trial activities across assigned studies.
• Review and document regulatory and site files in appropriate systems.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Maintain study documentation and project trackers.
• Provide system support (GoBalto & eTMF) and RBM activities.
• Schedule meetings and manage communications with clients and teams.
• Support translations and QC for study materials.
