Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate for home-based work in Poland (Warsaw/ Lodz/ Bydgoszcz/ Poznan/ Trojmiasto/ Koszalin / Szczecin/ Krakow/ Katowice). The role focuses on dedicated site management within oncology studies and requires one year of independent monitoring experience and a science background.

You will join Parexel FSP with a strong emphasis on professional growth, travel opportunities, and a supportive home-office setup.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in site management, with knowledge of clinical trial methodology and terminology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in independent site monitoring of all types of visits.
• Science education is a must.
• Willing to work on oncology trials.
• Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and priorities.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of clinical research, clinical trial phases, current GCP/ICH and country clinical research legislation and guidelines.
