Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies, ensure GCP compliance, and drive quality, timelines, and budgets across study teams.

You will act as the primary liaison between sponsors and study partners, maintain TMF integrity, prepare management reports, and support inspection readiness and future business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing interdisciplinary clinical research studies as a project manager.
• GCP knowledge and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with SOPs and regulatory expectations for clinical research.
• Ability to manage quality, timelines and budgets across studies.
• Ability to develop client relationships and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage interdisciplinary clinical research studies as project manager.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsors and customers throughout study launch, conduct, and closeout.
• Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
• Manage project financial performance.
• Coordinate activities and deliverables of study conduct partners.
• Identify and manage project issues proactively.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project deliverables.
• Maintain TMF quality and completeness.
