Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain clinical data platforms, develop EDC/RTSM/eCOA systems, and design robust data processing pipelines. You will implement complex data logic, create dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance across study lifecycles.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and leading UAT to deliver high-quality clinical data solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical data programming, data engineering, or related data-management/clinical operations functions.
• Proficiency in programming languages and data-management tools with ability to adopt new technologies with guidance.
• English proficiency of at least B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and maintain clinical databases and study systems, including transformations, edit checks, reporting, and user testing.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain clinical technology systems (EDC, RTSM, eCOA/ePRO).
• Implement and validate complex data logic such as edit checks and dynamic rules.
• Develop advanced reporting solutions, including dashboards and visual analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical and system requirements.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Lead UAT activities and refine reporting standards.
