Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking an EDC Developer in Data Management to build and maintain the EDC application for complex projects. You will work under the Director of Data Management with project-level oversight to ensure high-quality data capture and trial delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with EDC systems, CDASH standards, and SDTM mapping, plus strong collaboration across teams. Zelta v2.0 experience is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or Pharma) from an accredited university.
• Prior experience in EDC system creation and Edit Check programming.
• Proficiency in data standards CDASH and SDTM; CDASH Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create EDC system structures, workflow, edit checks and user roles per CDASH.
• Handle randomisation, ePRO, IMP management and targeted SDV.
• Produce study-level documentation: specifications, test plans, training materials.
• Perform post-live changes under Change Control.
