Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in native language and English.

• Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with program evaluation systems and IT staff collaboration.
• Leadership experience in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the service delivery for the program across geographically dispersed client and TransPerfect teams.
• Establish benchmarks, timelines, and resources to achieve strategic goals; set accountability standards.
• Design and implement new initiatives to improve processes, quality procedures and workflow models.
• Serve as the pivotal client contact, manage expectations, and maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure client awareness of processes and best industry practices to build trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify gaps and trends to maximize revenue potential and service diversification.
• Partner with Production to shape offerings and support client-facing teams.
• Maintain strong relationships among diverse account teams and drive strategic planning for improved satisfaction and profitability.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
