Job summary

Toppan Digital Language is seeking Localization Project Managers to lead and support client relationships and project delivery in regulated industries. This hybrid role offers office and remote work, with opportunities to work with international teams and diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage full lifecycle of translation projects from inception to completion.
• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives.
• Identify and resolve potential issues and close gaps.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Operations and Business Development teams.
• Mentor or train junior colleagues.

Due to continued growth in our client base, we are seeking Localization Project Managers to lead and/or support relationship building and project delivery for clients operating in the regulated industries and governmental space such as financial services, legal, life sciences, healthcare, market insights. Working model:

Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects from inception to completion
• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs
• Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps
• Work closely and diligently with Vendor Management, Operations and Business Development teams
• Ensure project resources maintain a high level of quality and professional and ethical standards
• Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience
• Good German language skills would be a plus but is not necessary, particularly in reading and writing (B1-B2 level)
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred
