Job summary

BSI in Warsaw, Poland, offers a hybrid role (3 days in office) coordinating assessment visits for new and existing customers across Continental Europe. You will plan audits, book visits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while promoting additional services.

The role requires fluency in English and Dutch (C1), with experience in customer care or sales considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch (C1 level).
• Previous experience in customer care and/or sales is an asset.
• Ability to cope under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts on the telephone and negotiate resolutions.
• Strong customer focus and clear, concise listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all calls (inbound and outbound) to book or reschedule visits, maintaining BSI's tone of voice and quality guidelines.
• Plan audit delivery by identifying resources and scheduling audits with the dedicated team for cost-effective service delivery.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional services to clients, generating qualified leads for Sales.
• Take ownership of availability for external delivery teams and coordinate with Service Delivery Managers to use diary capacity.
• Highlight reports of clients at risk of cancelling registrations and take ownership to resolve, escalating when needed.

Purpose of the position:

To support the planning and scheduling of assessment visits for both new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help coordinate audit activities efficiently and contribute to the successful delivery of BSI's services across Continental Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle all calls (inbound and outbound) to book or reschedule visits in an effective manner to ensure that the BSI brand "Tone of Voice" and quality guidelines are maintained at all times.

• Plan audit delivery by identifying appropriate resources and scheduling audits using a dedicated and competent audit team, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.

• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities, promote additional services to clients, and generate qualified leads for the Sales team alongside core planning responsibilities.

• Take ownership of availability for specific external delivery teams and work with Service Delivery Managers to utilise all diary availability.

• Highlight any reports of clients at risk of cancelling their registration and take ownership for their resolution, escalating to line management when necessary.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Fluency in English and Dutch (C1 level)

• Previous experience in customer care and/or sales considered as an asset

• Ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to manage conflicting situations on the telephone and negotiate resolution to find the best solutions.
