Job summary

Aon Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Client Service Delivery Coordinator to support ongoing operations and drive continuous improvement within the Broking Team.

You will monitor daily operations, identify process issues, and implement solutions while collaborating across a culturally diverse team. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to develop documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Very good English with CEFR C1 level.
• Experience in administration/analytics; insurance market knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and improve processes.
• Excellent client-focused communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse team.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to identify and respond to risks.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing operations: monitor daily work, allocate workload to meet SLAs.
• Identify process issues and drive solutions across the team.
• Increase process knowledge and act as SME for processes.
• Suggest and implement changes to tools and documentation.
• Back up team manager when required.
• Coordinate and plan improvements and support materials.
