Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
• 3 years of experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Willingness to work afternoon hours (14:00–22:00 CET) to support cross‑regional operations and late‑day stakeholder collaboration.
• Advanced leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of specialists and associate managers, fostering accountability, engagement, and performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end account lifecycle operations and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Champion automation, AI, and tech enablement across Client Operations functions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
