Job summary

Edrone is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Care team in Kraków. You’ll help new clients get the most from our product, guiding them through the onboarding process in Polish and English and ensuring a smooth setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding or customer care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing onboarding to clients in Polish and English and helping clients implement the system.
• Motivating clients to adopt the system post-contract, addressing onboarding issues.
• Overseeing new client integrations and maintaining onboarding efficiency.
• Supporting clients across multiple channels and ensuring smooth handoff to other teams.
• Collecting client feedback and reporting on monthly goals.
