Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our internal team in Poland. You will design secure, scalable Azure-based solutions while actively contributing to development with modern .NET technologies.

Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions. You will lead architectural decisions, drive secure design, and mentor developers, fostering continuous improvement and PoC exploration in a collaborative

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in architecture design.
• Proficiency in .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, EF).
• Experience with Azure cloud services (PaaS, serverless, integrations).
• Knowledge of microservices, modular monoliths, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of secure software design and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience working in distributed teams and collaborating across functions.
• English at least B2/C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape secure, scalable cloud architectures in Azure.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to co-create high-quality solutions.
• Contribute hands-on by writing, reviewing, and refining .NET/C# code.
• Facilitate technical workshops and help stakeholders understand architecture concepts.
• Guide development teams to align with architectural standards with clarity and empathy.
• Support innovation by building PoCs and exploring new technologies.
• Encourage continuous improvement by reducing technical debt and promoting best practices.
