Sii Poland is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to collaborate with client teams, turning ideas into concrete AI products and prototypes. You will scope, estimate, and budget projects, using foundation models and modern AI frameworks to deliver solutions that drive real business impact.

You will have autonomy, influence, and a chance to shape the growth of our AI business unit, staying hands-on with fast prototyping, user feedback, and measurable outcomes across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in software engineering with real users.
• Pragmatic Python and hands-on with LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, agent frameworks.
• Daily use of AI development tools like Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor.
• You think MVPs, user feedback, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication to explain trade-offs to business stakeholders.
• Experience scoping and estimating software or AI projects.
• Self-starter with fast learning and ownership.
• Advanced Polish and English; Poland residency.

Responsibilities

• Work embedded with client teams to turn ideas into buildable AI products.
• Prototype quickly, test with real users, decide what to scale or drop.
• Scope, estimate, and budget projects, communicating risks to clients.
• Build and ship LLM-powered products and agentic workflows.
• Define success metrics and prioritize by business value.
• Proactively propose solutions and keep up with evolving models and tools.
• Contribute to AI business unit strategy and growth.
