In this leadership position, you will drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and customer outcomes. ## **What You Will Do** * Lead daily cleanroom and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.* Manage, develop, and coach production team members while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.* Plan workforce availability and allocate resources to ensure uninterrupted production and packaging processes.* Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve performance objectives.* Oversee production documentation, in-process controls, and product quality activities to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements.* Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support root cause analysis activities.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and validation activities.* Coordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure effective training of operators and contract personnel. ## **What You Will Need**### * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.* Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality management within a regulated environment.* Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising teams in a cleanroom, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environment.* Communicative proficiency in Polish and English.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. ## **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.* Knowledge of statistical process control and manufacturing data analysis.* Proficiency in German or French. **Poland Pay Ranges:*** **Poland, Skawina**: zł150.700 - zł251.200 PLN Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
